Printer configuration in Linux.

Sir,
In our company we use network Printer and it is a Printer server and a specefic Ip address has been assingned to it. I am unable to get print out through it as I have configured it my LInux machine but still I am not getting the print out but I am able to print in that printer from windows platform.I have configured it in Linux 7.3 by choosing the option windows SMB Server but still failed. Please tell me how to do it.
