Printer Driver for W650 Pitney Bowes – Win2003

I am looking for a printer driver for the Pitney Bowes W650 printer for our server. The operating system is Windows 2003 and it will not let me install the Windows 2000 driver because of a policy. Does anyone know where I could find the driver or assist me in changing the policy that states that I can not install Windows NT 4.0 drivers?
