Printer Driver Question

I have an Okidata 590 printer that I need to print to a custom paper size in terminal server. I have noticed that many of the printer drivers for NT 4.0 don’t have the custom option. Does anyone know how to get around this or of any drivers that have this option that will work with the Okidata 590?
