Printing

We are running purely windows TCPIP shop, but now one of my user just hired and ordered the Mac and HP Collor 4050. I had set up the HP printer using the IP direct printing, she now wants to her MAC print out to that printer as well. If any one who have better idea how to do this without install apple protocol on our server. May be if you know some third party vendor selling the some kind of device can handle these tasks.
