printing from oulook

When printing email from outlook (97 or 98) the FROM field is blank. This only happens on one user’s machine. Deleting and readding her profile doesn’t work, printing to different printers doesn’t work, but her profile on another machine does, as does someone else’s profile on her machine. Any ideas?
