Printing MS-DOS to PrinterServer

I have installed LinkSYS PSUS4 and Windows 98 prints.
I have captured LPT3: to SlashSlashPrintServerSlashPrinter.
Go to a DOS Prompt and do a COPY file LPT3.
The printer wakes up …. but not printing.
