Printing problem

I surprised today when the printer started printing continuously I tried to stop it but I couldn?t, I tried every thing I know even I disconnected the power, but when I starts it again it still prints continuously. So please tell me what?s the problem and how I can manage printing from Windows NT WS/Windows 2000 Pro.

I use the JetAdmin 2.4 for Windows NT WS & Standard TCP/IP port on Windows 2000.

Note: no body sent any job to printer. (is this could be virus?)
