Printing software

I am trying to find a software that would keep track of printouts on a Win2K/NT network. This software should be able to record printouts based on project as we bill our customers for prints and copies e.g. when somebody would try to print on HP8000LaserJet the software would ask him for a project number when he hit print and the number of pages would be recorded on a database under that project number.
