Printing to Laser with WinXP and Office 03

We are having trouble printing over a (NT 4.0 and Win 2k Server)network to laser jet printers using Windows XP and Office 2003. We recently began the upgrade to these versions from Windows 2000 and Office 2000. We had no problems before this conversion.
