Printing woes with Win2k Prof. clients

Can somebody please help? After numerous searches in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, I have come up empty-handed for a solution to our problem. We are running a Windows NT 4.0 server that provides print services. We want to be able to provide the correct print drivers to our Windows 2000 Professional clients from the server, rather than having to install all these drivers locally. Does anybody know how to provide such support on NT 4.0?
