pro workstations constantly rebooting.

Having a problem with one of our W2Kpro SP1 workstations will reboot on its own at the oddest times. This is after a fresh format and install.
The event viewer is giving this message:
Message:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa001d137, 0x00000001, 0x08be2ceb). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini040501-01.dmp.
Have tried the MS database and could only find one error message that was even remotely close,but this was under NT after SP4.
