problem in resource reservation in lotu

hi everyone,
when i schedule a meeting for a particular time & fix rooms through the resource resservation template its working well,suppose i fix the meeting at the SAMETIME ( As i fixed thr the resource reservation) through my calender entry & fix my resource it shows that room is free
ITS VERY URGENT CAN ANYONE HELP
