problem logging in to symantec endpoint protector Manager console

Can somebody help me out with this; i cannot logon into the console of the symantec endpoint protector manager, it keep retuning an error, and counld not allow me to lonin. Can there be a work around? where i can assign a new passwork?

Please i need ur help urgently.
