Problem of Intex firewire card Vs Sony vegas 6

I used to work on Sony vegas 6 vedio editing software.When I installed Intex fire wire card (IEE 1394),vegas 6 can not start,but when I remove the card the software starts working properlly.
How can I use Intex firewire card to capture on sony vegas v6 software.
