Problem trying to import a CSV file into Office XP’s Outlook

I have a CSV file of contacts from Yahoo mail.
When I try to import that file into Outlook from Office XP I get an error that the translator is not installed. The message says to insert my Office XP CD, but I can’t find it.
Any suggestions?
