problem with macros in networked Word form templates

I have created a number of form templates in Word 2003, that are stored on a network for multiple users to access.

Each template has two macros in – one to apply a password upon saving and one to run a spellcheck on data input to the form fields.

Whilst I can see these macros, other users cannot. However, it is not consistent – sometimes some people can and others can’t – it seems to vary for time to time.

I’m guessing this is some kind of bug – perhaps to do with our network setup?
