Problem with microsoft outlook 2007

Hello people, i have a problem with outlook 2007,you see in my company we are using an exchange and some of my colleegs they are receiving their emails marked as read when they are doing send/receive. Does anyone have any good ideas of what might be the reason for that? Thank you!
