Problem with Norton SystemWorks 2002.

Las Friday I installed Norton System Works 2002 and unexpectctedly it doen’t work. The progra was installed in a computer with a Soyo motherborad model K7VTA-B that includes an AWARD BIOS 2AA2. Aditionally the box have 128 MB RAM, an 20 MB HDD, 1 NIC.

The software configuration is as follows: Win98, IE 6.0 SP1,MS Office 2000, drivers VIA (Sound, Video; Ntework). After the firt try Ihad to removed Panda Antivirus.

What can Ido? Reinstall all the software (OS and applications)? Or maybe is a better choice rollback the Registry to a known good state? Help me please. In all my carrer I never seen a problem in SystemWorks’ operation, so I’m astonished with this issue
