Problem with spoolsv.exe

Spoolsv.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows 2000. You’ll need to restart program. Have not mother board cd but but bios nr 8363-686B-6A6LPA9C-00 dd 01/10/2001. AMD CPU 700Mhz. Can you help me please?
