This is happening on 3 different machines in my organization:
System hangs during the following actions:
1)When using the File–>Open menu in Office 2003, and then trying to open a subfolder in the default directory
2) Using Insert File option in Outlook 2003, cannot open a subfolder past the default directory
3) When trying to Send to Mail Recipient from the right-click menu in Windows Explorer (Here I also get the “Operation Failed” error
4) Using File Save As and trying to open a subfolder to save a document
All PCs are Windows XP using Office 2003. NAV Corp Edition 8.0 is installed, or Symantec Client Security 2.0.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Office installation repair/reinstall
Clean install of Office 2003
Ran Office Updates
Ran Windows Updates
Spybot and Ad-Aware scan from safe mode
Anti-virus update and scan
Im out of ideas. Can anyone help?
