Problem with user profiles on NT4.0

I am having problem with some of my user profiles. They are losing their profiles when logging off. I have to reconfigure e.g. their Outlook over and over again. This has happened with different machines, all of them running NT4.0 Workstation. I feel puzzled. Can someone help!?
