Problems with Acer and Groupwise 7

We have just upgraded from Groupwise 6,5 to GWS 7,but one of my client has a Acer Travelmate which refuses to work with the new Groupwisem i had to disable Outlook Express, Windows Messaging and delete GWS7 out of the registry.

Eventually i found it was some of the Acer Software that came with the Laptop that was giving the problem.

Now Groupwise is working but im stuck with 4 or 5 exemtion errors when i log on. Is this because i deleted some of the laptop software from the computer ?
