problems with new Smartzone

Comcast just launched a new email called smartzone. It worked fine until there was an outage in our area. Since then I can’t forward emails with pictures in them nor can I receive the pictures. I have the HTML checked, I tried their tutorial with no luck, you have to wait hours to talk to someone, so I know I can always get the answer from all of you. What do I need to do.
