Profile can not be loaded.

When I try to logon to a Win2K Pro I get this message: Windows can not log you on because the profile can not be loaded. Contact your Network Admin.

Detail:Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Can anyone help? Is this profile to far gone or can I fix it. When I logon as Admin, Access is denied to any folders in the profile.
