Dear Friends,

I am using windows 2000 server with 10 nos of windows 2000 professinals clients.

all clients are using romeing profiles.at present romeing profiles share name folder is “profiles” and is having everone is having full control permission i do not want to give full control permission.

My profile is stored on c drive.I have full control for Admistrator and administrators group and everyone’s full control.

some times in our orgrnization users deletes some files from serversprofiles folder so i given the permission to “administrator” & “administrators group” full permission.after giving this permission users report that no one get this policy saying “insufficient permission to modifiy the users profiles”.Let me know what to do.

In profiles i have all 10 users foler of profiles and i was given only folders right to users name folder. But as i rold u i amm getting this error.

But same permission give to data folder

“Data ” folder right is = Administrator & administrators “Full control”

Users folders right= only the users folder right for that user “full control”

and in the profiles tab i am alsways mapping the users folder and every one in happy here for data folder is having same right to profiles but profiles gives error.

Please lobby friends help me…

Narendra
