Profiles dissappear from BDC

I’m struggling with the a BDC that removes a users profile when the user logs on. I’ve had a look at the login scripts and made a couple of changes that I thought could resolve it, but it keeps doing loosing the profile. I’ve removed the users profile from both the servers and the local machine, but still no solution. Any ideas?
