Progress bar in excel macro

How do I create a form with a progress bar in an excel macro. I have seen several programs for progress bars in VB6 but I do not have VB6. Alternatively I would appreciate if you can tell me how to get the VB components (ctx, ctl, vbl, oca, lib, frx, frm, etc.) from a routine someone has written in VB into the excel macro VBA without having VB .
