Progressing Student’s questions

I am currently taking classes at my local community college, at the end of which I shall have an Associates degree, CCNA, and A+ certification.
I have no real world experience other than what I’ve gained from having my own PC online without resorting to technical support. (not out of pride, from lack of cash..)
What job title/type should I look for first? Is there any one thing I should emphasize on my resume? Most importantly, what kind of salary should I ask for?
