I’m new to this site, but looking for some guidance. I’ve recently been given the task of finding a better way to maintain control of the traffic of 100+ projects. We’re currently using Excel and making 100 changes a day. All we can work with is thedue date at this point and let 10 people know the status of each project. There must be a tool out there for “traffic” people to monitor each project more efficiently. As an example, I have 100 pieces of collateral that must be created, designed, edited, proofread, printed and delivered. I need to STAY ON TOP of all 100 projects giving status to several people. Can someone help and advise? This Excel thing just isn’t working. I spend most of the day making changes to each project, not following up on what needs to be done to push the job to get it done. HELP? Thanks.
