Project Management

I manage a Cabling Division and I’m looking for something/software I can keep track of ongoing projects, percent complete, and hours remaining to complete the project. I have to book revenue each month for each project have to figure out crew loading by the number of hours to finish all our projects. I don’t know MS Project very well. Is there something else that may work?
