Project Management Methodology

I agree with the article on Methodology vs Method for Project Management. My experience is that if you want members to participate in the methodology, you have to include them in the development process from concept to prototype to execution. The more that you have individuals helping developing the methodology and having ownership in its implementation and success, the more likely it will succeed.
