Project Optimisation

we are developing a project which should interact with our machine to client (Some what like Online Payroll system what we require was the project which we are developing in VB as front end and SQL as Database which u’re client should login and get the information from my system so what is the problem – by where can i keep my database and Execution files, How can i handle the client Requirement whether by IIS or Internet sharing or handle from the third party shortage drive (Xdirve) or RAS – which is the best way as well as Cost cutting should be down it should be less expensive .
