Promoting a BDC to PDC in NT 4.0

I am planning an upgrade to my PDC in the next month and am concerned about what problems may occure. I have planned to add the new machine as a BDC and then promote it to a PDC. I was wondering what others have run into while doing similar upgrades to their PDC on NT 4.0.
