Providing IT training

If you want to provide training on a particular technology, can you create your own tutorials for it? It is a technology based on open standards and I’d like to provide a service for companies who are interested to re-skill their staff, or for the staffs who are interested to re-skill themselves!

Are there any legal liabilities?

It is a small business as you can see, any valid advice specific to this kind of service?
