Proxy-Proxy Authentication

Hi,

Did anybody face this problem and was able to solve it. I
Have gone thru the MS support website and tried all that
they say on solving it but got nowhere.

I have a simple setup where I am trying to connect the
proxy to an upstream proxy. The down stream proxy keeps
reporting an error that the server(downstream) is not configured for
authentication.
