Proxy Settings in IE

Here we have some problem with Proxy server settings in the Internet Explorer.

Very Frequently, the checkbox “Use a proxy server” in the “lan settings” . inside the “connections” tab is getting unchecked automatically. and users are not able to browse Can u please give some feedback on what can be done on this problem..
