Purchase Request Software

Does anyone know of some good software that I could use for Purchase Requests? Currently, I have to fill out a Word doc and send it with an email, get the approval and then forward it all to accounting. I’m looking for something that has an interface where I can enter the info and click a button and the info is sent to the approving party where they can click a button that sends the approval and all info to accounting.
