PXCLIENT with xp pro and tcp

Just installed radeon 9700 vid card which was not a one step process. After finishing, Zonealarm firewall required resetting of all configuration and wanted to allow pxclient. Research not made clear what this is, and hope someone here can clarify.Also , why is Zone not remembering its settings now, thanks
