Qmail

Hi,
I have configured q-mail for our organisation. I want to set limit for mail boxes. Is there any method to limit user mail boxes and limit the size of mail(outgoing and for incoming).I don’t want to set disk quota.
Is there any tool to automate dialup in fixed interval. I have configured cron but it is not flexible.
