Qoutlook 2003 distribution list problems

Same user as images but different problem
He has many contacts organised into Distribution Lists.
When you double click on a member of a list, it is supposed to open up that person’s card. He gets an error message that the card is missing and gives the open of deleting or not or cancel. If you say Not delete, then it becomes a small Roladex type icon and only a mini card opens with email address and name.

The name can be found in his Contacts general list.

Adding a new member to a list works OK and they can be seen normally when double clicked…..

HAve run repairs, even added it to my OL 2003 and the problem persists.
