Quark Express …

A number of our publishers use Quark for Mac’s. We use IBM systems. Can anyone make suggestions on conversion tools available withought having to purchase Quark PC. I have 15 users who are in contact with our publishers on a daily basis. Quark PC will cost me ?900 per a user.
Please help.
