Question about Runner Error Message

When my PC opens there is a Runner Error that pops up twice in two separate windows which reads as follows:

Runner file name (LogitechDesktopManager.exe)lacks a ‘-‘ (the app id separator)

When I click OK it goes away. I can then use the PC but what is this error and how do I fix it?
