Questions for prospective emplpoyees

Greetings: I am in the process of designing a questionnaire for prospective employees to gage their knowledge of MS apps. esp. MSAccess. What kind of mid-to-higher level questions could I pose to test their knowldge? I downloaded the questionnaire template from here but need more database questions. Any ideas much appreciated
