Quickbooks 2003 Error

Hey guys, one of my users has been getting an error in QB that I can’t figure out. Every time they go to use the “prepare letter” function, they receive a critical error and the program shuts down. I tried using the same function on other stations and I’ve had no trouble.

Has anyone encountered this error before?
