Quickly Add a Bunch of Stuff to an iPod

I have a 100 CD changer similar to what is found in the following link: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-CDPCX455-Disc-MegaStorage-Changer/dp/B000069JWX

I want to know if there is any way to connect my cd changer to my pc in order to dump all of my cd’s into it and have it automatically start loading to iTunes?
