Raid 0+1 versus Raid 5

Hello everyone it’s time for that ever nasty gaming question again Do I or Don’t I Raid…..can anyone out there help as to how I set up a raid 0+1 raid system for gaming.Just bought a raid abit board and 4 drives of equal sz.and the server ready togo,…….but no advice please help.
