RAS utilities for NT4

I currently have a RAS connection set up. The problem is dial-up clients sometimes leave their systems connected for extended periods of time. -I checked the inactivity disconnect parameter in the registry, and it’s set to the default (20 min.) Iwould like to better define the term “inactive” -Hopefully with some type of RAS utility.
