RDRAM RIMMs

I’m currently fiddling with an old Dell Dimension 8100, has four RAM slots, uses RDRAM – question is do all four RIMMs have to be the same size, or just each pair? eg I have 2x128MB, can I fill the other pair with 2x512MB or only 2 more 128MB?
