Dear Sir
I would like to see an article that would detail building a Linux Live CD that would identify and pinpoint the location of any keystroke loggers/screen capture software on a machine. The option to delete the offending software would be a plus. The ability to update for new software releases would be a must.
Some employers install this type of software on machines and don’t tell the crew about it. They use it to spy/minitor computer usage and productivity.
It would be a great advatage to confirm the existence or abscense of such software with the option to remove it or live with it. Doing that with a live boot CD would reveal the software without leaving a trace of the scan on the suspect machine.
Thank you.
