Reading cluster number and file size from windows file?

Hi I need to read the starting cluster and file size from a file in windows but can’t remember if you reverse the two hex digits from their positions in the debug list. I know you do it for the time and date so 07-AB would become AB-07 and then converted.

Can anyone help?
